The title of this research is “Analyse of Social Interaction of Youth Redcross Members in Junior High School 16 Pontianak”. This research aims to analyse the forms of associative social interaction of youth redcross members in Junior High School 16 Pontianak, the approach which used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. This research is using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, with the approaching tools are observation, interview, and documentation guidances. The result showed that associative social interaction such as cooperative, accomodation, assimilation, and amalgamtion have been done well by youth redcross members in Junior High School 16 Pontianak, based on observation, interview, and documentation that have been done by researcher proved that all members could do their duties dan responsibility so well, such as on their weekly practice every friday as well as to be health volunteers on the flag ceremony every Monday.
